Service Description
A 2.5 hours/week (3 weeks) session that focuses learning about the science of mindfulness. Stress can negatively impact wellbeing, productivity and job satisfaction. This course will provide you with techniques and tools to manage stress effectively. You will learn mindfulness practices such as, meditation (or breathing exercises), body scan and walking meditation.
